Considering our ever time ongoing developmental process and progress, JGV Team is glad to introduce our new additions – DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED VALVE & MANIFOLD VALVE in the current vide range of Valves we manufacture and supply.
DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED VALVE (DBBV) is a single valve with two seating surfaces that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve with a means of vending/bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces.
Double isolation and bleed (DIB) with two independently seating valves inside, with a bleed or drain valve, can isolate either side of the valve (bi-directionally) to vent or bleed the cavity and isolate piping.
Trunnion style double block and bleed with single valve can isolate piping on both sides of the valve (uni-directionally) to vent/bleed the valve cavity between the seats.
Note: Single Block & Beed Valve can also be supplied on request.

JGV Types Of Manifold Valves
MANIFOLDS are equipment which connects two or more valves of a hydraulic system. A variety of block/isolate valves can be combined in a single body configuration. Each of these valves has a separate opening below in order to connect a pipe. They are available in 2-Way, 3-Way and 5 Way types.
JGV Manifolds simple, small & compact in design reduce installation costs as well as fluid connections and are efficient for shorter path flows reducing pressure drop and heat fluctuations and overall improving energy efficiency of the system with minimum chances of oil leak due to less number of connections, further reducing the need for upkeep against fatigue, wear and lose joints, improved layout due to less hoses and connections.
